Holly Dalton is a Dublin based chef with 15 years of experience in professional kitchens. In 2021 she founded Conbini, a Japanese inspired condiment company which now stocks over 100 shops across Ireland, Europe and the UK. She is a regular guest contributor on RTÉ Radio One, Newstalk as well as Char Magazine. She has a particular passion for Japanese food.
