Stollen Weihs

Dietmar Weiss, founder of Edelweihs Bakery, is a skilled German baker with a passion for authentic baked goods. Raised in a traditional countryside hotel, Dietmar's upbringing instilled a deep appreciation for quality ingredients and baking techniques. He moved to Ireland over 20 years ago.

Drawing on his knowledge, Dietmar opened his own bakery, focused on using only the best ingredients and techniques. The bakery's specialty is pretzels, sourced from a high-quality German bakery and finished on-site.
