Happy's is a street food-inspired restaurant serving fiery punchy flavours in a relaxed, casual dining experience. Starting out as a month long pop-up serving fried chicken out of a hatch on Dorset Street in December of 2020, it quickly evolved into something more - opening multiple pop-ups across the country, and ultimately a permanent restaurant in Temple Bar. Happy's serves unique dishes inspired by the teams travels around the globe (they’ve a soft spot for Asia in particular). 2023 is the year they will be showcasing their brand at festivals all across the country.
