Chef Giselle Makinde's Cream Of The Crop Gelato produces traditional Italian style milk Gelatos, Sorbets, and 100% plant-based vegan Gelatos. A Dublin-based food-tech battling food waste by upcycling and using surplus ingredients to produce natural, delicious and healthy artisanal gelatos, sorbets and snacks. As a result, they reduce scarce resource waste and minimise the food industry's negative impact on our planet.
