Off The Cuffe

Jarrod Cuffe trained as a chef in Australia. He attributes his obsession with flavour balance to his time in the kitchen. He made the transition from kitchen to bar when he arrived in Europe in 2006. Jarrod worked in bars in Paris and London before moving to Dublin in 2014 to run an event company, specializing in cocktails, which led him to start Off the Cuffe in 2017.
Off the Cuffe makes dashing bitters from Irish Whisky Newmake (whiskey before it’s whiskey). The company is based in the Chocolate Factory on Kings Inn St, Dublin 1.
Off the Cuffe currently produces five flavours: Aromatic Hedgerow, Chocolate Factory, Marmalade Citrus, Homeboy Irish Coffee & Barmbrack Irish Bitters. As well as Aqua Vitae (recipe from 1324) and a ready-to-drink Aqua Vitae Honey & Ginger Designer Drink.
