Kinnegar Brewing takes its name from Kinnegar Beach, just north of the brewery’s original homeplace in Rathmullen, Co. Donegal. Today, they produce an array of unfiltered, naturally carbonated beers in a range of styles and as of 2017 have relocated to a new state-of-the-art facility in nearby Letterkenny. And while the bleating of sheep and fresh coastal airs are no longer a part of the brewing process, the team at Kinnegar assure us the farmhouse ethos is still at the core of their work.
