Rama Basilio will be cooking with Baste BBQ all weekend bringing a taste of Buenos Aires to Dublin.

In 2016 Andy Noonan (The Big Grill) was in Buenos Aires with John Relihan, where they met Rama. He invited them for an asado, Argentinian barbecue. They spent the morning, day & night with Rama eating choripan, morcilla, mojellas, chinchulinas from the parrilla. It was a very special day, one they will never forget. Rama has since cooked at The Big Grill festival each year and numerous Baste BBQ events. He’s recently made a move to Dublin and we are buzzed to have him running the Baste BBQ fire pit for the weekend at Me Auld Flower.
