Chef Nico Reynolds is known for his Caribbean cooking with Latin influences via Ireland. He made a name for himself in Dublin running a Pop up restaurant called Lil Portie which jumped into international recognition after the restaurant was featured on F*ck That's delicious with Action Bronson. Since then he’s filmed two of his own TV series, Grill Seeker and All Fired Up and makes regular appearances on ITV’s This Morning and RTÉ’s Today Show.
