Dr Máirtín Mac Con Iomaire chairs the Masters in Gastronomy and Food Studies in Technological University Dublin. His is an award-winning chef, culinary historian, educator, broadcaster and ballad singer. He chairs the Dublin Gastronomy Symposium, and is currently co-editing a major book on the history of food in Ireland.
