Clair Dowling is the owner and Head Chef of Tiller + Grain, St Frederick St, Dublin 2. Since opening in 2019 Tiller + Grain, has garnered a following from people who appreciate handmade, quality Irish food. Her focus has always been on the simple practise of eating nutritious food that comes from our own land and has done her best to source and use local Irish Suppliers. One of her main ethos of the business is also sustainability - both in use of food; packaging and the teams joy and fulfilment in their work. Tiller + Grain makes all food on site - breads; cakes; dressing's and mayos - believing that whole foods is a tastier and ultimately healthier way to feed our bodies and our souls.
Clair is passionate about promoting and highlighting many of the food producers in the country and showcasing them in a beautiful way.
